In particular, the company offers innovative software products and expert support services for data management and equipment integration aimed at inkless assembly and single device tracking.

Dave Huntley has been president of KINESYS Software since founding the company in The Netherlands in 1992 and launching the company’s ALPS (Assembly Line Production Supervisor) wafer mapping software product for inkless assembly in 1995. Mr. Huntley is responsible for system architecture, technology development and the overall strategic vision of the company. In 1996, Mr. Huntley established KINESYS Software’s presence in the United States, opening the office in Petaluma, Calif. A native of the United Kingdom, Dave Huntley has been working in semiconductor manufacturing automation since 1981.
Mr. Huntley has been active in industry standards activity since 1989, when he became chairman of Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International’s (SEMI) Modular Equipment Standards Committee (MESC).
Mr. Huntley currently is chairman of SEMI’s Sort Map Task Force (SMTF) responsible for the new SEMI E142 Substrate Mapping standard and the system architect for the Anti-Counterfeiting Task Force (ACTF).
Mr. Huntley holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Bristol University, Bristol, England.

Mr. Plummer has extensive sales and process experience in all elements of the backend test, assembly and packaging industry and has spent many years in Asia developing and supporting the assembly equipment markets – his focus on the total integration and complete process transparency from wafer / device inspection through final device test and delivery to the end user as a complete software solution is a key element to Kinesys’ continued growth.
Mr. Plummer was President of KRAS Corporation a pioneer in backend assembly equipment in the 80’s and 90’s and has also held Sr. Management positions with ALPHASEM Switzerland and BESI NL , both leading Die attach and assembly OEM Companies.
He holds a BS in Economics from Washington and Jefferson College.

Mr. Barreveld has more than 25 years of experience in the software industry. His experience includes design, implementation, marketing and customer support regarding equipment and supervisory control systems, communications systems (based on SEMI standards) and graphical user interfaces.
Mr. Barreveld has been working in semiconductor manufacturing automation since 1985. Prior to KINESYS Software, he held management positions at ASM International and Thesis, Inc.

With 17 years experience with the Singapore Air Force, Edmund joined the Semiconductor industry from 1999 and has broad experience with ALPS wafer mapping systems and front-end production equipment integration. Joining Kinesys in 2006, his roles and responsibilities include project coordination, system architecture planning, system implementation and support, and product training.
Edmund holds a diploma from City and Guilds of London and MSCE certification from Microsoft.

Martijn joined KINESYS in 1994 and has been with the company since that date. KINESYS prides itself on having the same core team for many years. Martijn drives the software development team at KINESYS and is one of the key architects of the ALPS Platform of Products. He hold a technical engineering degree in Cumputer Sciences from The Hoge School located in Utrecht NL.
