To upgrade an earlier installed ALPS 2.84 system to 2.84.007, you need to
download the following files:

To install a new ALPS 2.84.007 system or to upgrade from ALPS 2.83 or earlier,

To upgrade from ALPS version 2.83 or earlier, you need to purchase a System
Upgrade.
Note: ALPS 2.84 includes a facility to upgrade the database from ALPS 2.80 or later, to the new ALPS version. Using this facility, your wafer map data, recipes, equipment definitions etc. will be kept. For instructions, see the ALPS User Guide, section "Installing an Upgrade".
Note: To use the ALPS 2.84 software you also need an adapted license file, which you should receive directly from KINESYS Software. Use this link to send a request for such an upgraded license file. Please do not forget to specify the license number (the FLEXID on the protection key).
Note: Please be aware that the installation procedure for ALPS 2.84 is different from previous versions! You should use the Documentation Files, to make sure you install and configure your ALPS 2.84 system correctly.
